Position: Temporary Investor Relations (IR) Executive Assistants
Location: Greater London

Are you an Executive Assistant with experience supporting investor relations teams at private equity firms? We’re continually looking to expand our temporary community as we have a growing number of exciting temporary opportunities for skilled EAs who are looking to enhance their experience while maintaining flexibility and control over their careers through temping.

We are seeking candidates with strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management and CRM systems, and a background in private equity and alternative investments.

Typical responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management
  • Coordinating travel and logistics (including flights, transportation, and hotels) for investor meetings
  • Assisting with investor relations related events
  • Arranging roadshows
  • Supporting the preparation of agendas, presentation, and other relevant material for key meetings
Details and benefits:
  • Potential hourly rate of up to £30+ (depending on firm and level of experience)
  • Holiday pay (accrued by the hour)
  • Free breakfasts and lunches (dependent on firm)

Our temporary positions include offering extensive administrative support to busy private equity and alternative investment firms, therefore prior experience in private equity or boutique financial firms is highly desirable. To succeed within our temporary community, it is also essential to be flexible, proactive, communicative, and highly reliable.
