About D&AD

Founded in 1962, D&AD is an organisation that is all about the pursuit of creative excellence within advertising and design - inspiring it, celebrating it and enabling it. A fundamental way of us achieving this is through our world class learning programmes which upskill the current and future workforce.

Whilst our remit focuses on the advertising and design industry there is a broader goal: to demonstrate the positive impact that creativity can have across education, the economy and within society.

Purpose of the Job

The D&AD Awards showcase the world’s best creative work across commercial design, advertising, production, and craft disciplines, judged by over 260 global creative leaders, practitioners, and innovators.

As part of this role, your primary responsibility is to collect precise and high-quality credits for the winning entries. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that these credits meet the rigorous standards required for publication.

Ahead of the Awards Ceremony, you will be responsible for proofreading the slates that will be displayed during the event. This task is usually carried out with another team member. Your precision and collaborative mindset will be crucial in identifying and correcting any errors before the Ceremony.

This role also involves researching information - usually credit roles and entry titles - where this isn’t provided by the entrant.

In this position, you will also support our customer service team with credits enquiries where required, which might involve the use of the customer service platform Hubspot. You will also need to contact agencies and studios where necessary to validate information and collect credits for outstanding entries, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world's best creative work and be a key player in the success of the D&AD Awards.

We’re looking for four ambitious Awards Assistants to join our Awards team on a temporary basis. It’ll be your job to support customers' enquiries and assist in collecting the credits for the winning pieces, making sure they are of the right and highest standard for publishing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the Operations lead ensuring our systems are displaying up to date and correct credit information.
  • Supporting with the preparation of the D&AD Awards Rankings 2026.
  • Checking credits (individual and company names), ensure they’re accurate and free of errors.
  • Cross reference data to ensure there is a consistent structure across all entrant data.
  • Liaise with winning companies regarding credits and media assets of their work, making sure those are submitted on time.
  • Use the D&AD database to check and correct credits and images and correct errors and inaccuracies.
  • Proof winning credits ensuring the right information is populated against all winning entries.
  • Contact agencies and studios where necessary to validate information.
  • Researching credits that are missing or have not been supplied by entrants.
  • Proofing ceremony slates.
Other Duties
  • If required: support the Customer Service team with Credits enquiries.
  • If required: support other Production Assistants across D&AD Awards during busy periods.
  • Reviewing winners’ information on the website to ensure accuracy and that all assets are correctly uploaded.
  • Make outbound calls to contact entrants with outstanding D&AD entries.
  • Conducting quality checks on ceremony reels to confirm they are error-free and meet standards.
  • Provide feedback to aid the review and development of all awards…
