Location: Greater London
An exciting luxury fashion brand based in West London is seeking a discreet and proactive Receptionist to join their young and growing team.
If you like the sound of working for one of fashion's most innovative designers, and you thrive in a busy environment, surrounded by creative individuals, then this is for you!
Duties include:- Meeting and greeting VIP/HNW guests.
- Answering phones and dealing with general enquiries.
- Assisting finance and HR departments.
- Arranging and assisting with travel bookings.
- As the first point of contact for a high-end fashion brand, the candidate should be somebody immaculately presented with an interest in fashion - someone who makes a great first impression.
- Enthusiastic & confident personality with some previous professional experience.
- Experience working in LUXURY/VIP/HNW
- Need to be proactive and discreet
- Able to handle different personalities and work under pressure.
- Lives within fairly easy commuting distance of West London.
