About the Role
We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial Assurance Team, supporting contract administration across our three DNOs. You will help verify completed works, raise purchase orders, process payments, and manage contractor applications in line with contract requirements. You'll also produce key commercial reports and maintain accurate audit trails using SAP and other systems.

Key Responsibilities

Review contractor information and determine payment amounts
Produce commercial reports including payment trackers and dispute analyses
Raise and manage Purchase Orders and support invoice processing
Maintain accurate commercial records using SAP
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance
Support field staff with payment queries
Assist with customer complaint investigations
Participate in storm‑related duties when required

About You
You'll be commercially aware, analytical, and confident managing detailed administrative processes in a fast-paced environment. A team player with Excel and SAP knowledge, you can work accurately under pressure and build strong working relationships.

Essential Skills

Understanding of electricity network operations and contract requirements
Strong numeracy and ability to present commercial information
High level of PC literacy with fast, accurate data handling
