As we scale, we’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the day-to-day commercial and administrative operations of our region. This is a key role where attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication will directly contribute to our growth and efficiency.
Your RoleAs Commercial Administrator, you’ll assist in the smooth running of the commercial and administrative functions within the business. You will support the commercial, and leadership team with administrative tasks including finance, invoices, customer queries and general administration
You will be responsible for:
- Chasing invoices via email and phone
- Keeping the commercial team updated with quotes that are outstanding
- Responding to customer requests for ETA on deliveries
- Assisting our sales and procurement department with pricing and quote administration.
- Contacting customers for additional information
- Chasing our finance partner for account issues: credit limits / issue confirming orders etc
- Chasing quotes from suppliers
- Supporting the team by compiling data for monthly valuations.
- Contacting customers to chase up quotes to ensure timely responses.
- Maintaining all processes and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Working as part of a busy team, demonstrating flexibility, motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- Any other duties reasonably assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- We use Slack and google hangouts and gsuite
- Any financial or accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of commercial processes and experience with pricing, quotation and sales.
- Hybrid working in our London, Marylebone office.
