Business Development and Marketing Coordinator

Position: Business Development and Marketing  Coordinator
Walker Cole International is supporting a rapidly growing healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation in the appointment of a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding commercial team.

As the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator, you will:

* Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

* Act as a key point of contact for tracking timelines, actions, and deliverables across business development and marketing activities.

* Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and assist with financial administration to support the BD team.

* Update and maintain marketing assets, trackers, shared materials, and departmental documentation.

* Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the BD function.

The successful candidate will have:

* Around 2 years’ experience in marketing, business support, or administrative roles within a professional environment.

* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
