Facilities and Office Manager

We are partnering with a top-ranking private equity firm to find an experienced Facilities and Office Manager for a key role within their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, professional, and collaborative business with a strong international presence and an excellent reputation in the market.

THE ROLE:

This is a manager-level position that has evolved from a coordinator role and sits at the heart of the business. You will have full ownership of the office environment and facilities, while also playing a key role in delivering projects and continuous improvements. Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Overall oversight of the office and facilities operations
  • Managing facilities suppliers and contractors
  • Overseeing front-of-house operations
  • Acting as the main point of contact for office-related matters
  • Supporting and delivering office projects, including an upcoming office refurbishment
  • Ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming office environment

The successful candidate will be an experienced Office & Facilities professional who is confident operating at manager level. You will be proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working autonomously, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential, as is the ability to take ownership and drive improvements.
