Liaise with facilities and maintenance to resolve issues promptly
We’re looking for a Receptionist who brings professionalism, warmth, and strong organisational skills. You’ll ideally have:
Previous Receptionist, Administrator, or Front of House experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking and organisational ability
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A professional, positive, and approachable manner
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Experience in a creative, corporate, or customer‑facing environment is a bonus but not essential.
What's On Offer?
A dynamic, supportive working environment
A chance to work with a world‑renowned brand in the arts and heritage sector
Opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work
A workplace that champions diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities
