Piya Accountancy Ltd is a London-based accounting firm providing accounting, payroll, VAT, and tax services to sole traders and limited companies. We work closely with international and Turkish-speaking business owners operating in the UK.
The RoleWe are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Administrator & Office Manager to join our London office. Full training will be provided, particularly for the Office Manager responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Managing HMRC and Companies House correspondence and registrations (PAYE, VAT, CIS, UTR, Self-Assessment)
- Handling company formations and statutory filings
- Managing payroll processes, pension enrolment, and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Acting as the main contact point for clients
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll and administration
- Strong communication skills in English and Turkish
- Proficient in MS Office; payroll software knowledge is an advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
