About the roleWe are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our London office. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), office repairs, and minor DIY tasks.
- Assist with internal office moves and meeting room setups.
- Conduct regular health & safety and fire equipment inspections.
- Manage compliance tracker to ensure statutory checks are completed on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and contractors, including issuing permits and reviewing RAMS.
- Oversee post room activities, including sorting, franking, and arranging courier deliveries.
- Maintain stock levels for office supplies and kitchen areas.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding for facilities-related issues.
- Support housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
- Carry out additional duties such as covering reception and assisting other departments when required.
- Previous experience in facilities coordination and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices; IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent time management skills.
- Professional, helpful, and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working at heights and capable of manual handling tasks.
- Onsite only: 5 days in the office
