Overview
Our client is a busy and friendly property management company, dedicated to providing excellent service to tenants and clients. Due to expansion, they are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Admin Assistant to join their team. Located in North West London, this role offers on-site parking and a great work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
- Handle queries from utility providers and tenants
- Keep all tenant and provider information updated on CRM
- Check and process bills to ensure they are payable
- Notify councils and utility providers of tenant move-ins
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Deal with incoming phone queries and emails
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in property management or similar sector
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry
