We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative & Office Assistant to join our growing London-based team in the heart of the City.

Key Responsibilities- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Handling email correspondence and telephone enquiries
- Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks
- Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinating office supplies and supporting facilities management
- Assisting with onboarding documentation and internal processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A positive, professional attitude
- Previous office or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excel skills will be highly considered, particularly the ability to use formulas, organise data and produce basic reports.
