An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an impeccably presented and highly accomplished Medical Secretary to join a distinguished private eye clinic located on Harley Street, moments from Bond Street station.
This position is designed for a refined, detail-oriented professional accustomed to operating within high-net-worth and discreet environments and it requires ability to deliver seamless administrative support within a luxury medical setting. Previous private medical secretary background is pre-requisite.
The clinic is renowned for its exceptional standards of patient care, confidentiality and personalised service, attracting a discerning private clientele. The clinic manages clinical trials focused on blindness.
The Role
As Medical Secretary, you will provide comprehensive support to leading Consultants, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their practice.
Responsibilities include:
* Complex diary management and meticulous scheduling of consultations and procedures
* Coordinating multiple and complex private patient appointments and clinical teams
* Preparing medical correspondence and detailed reports with accuracy and discretion
* Managing confidential patient records in line with compliance standards
* Handling sensitive enquiries with professionalism and warmth
* Processing invoices and payments confidentially
* Supporting the wider administrative function to ensure a seamless patient journey
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience as a Medical Secretary within private healthcare
* A background within five-star hospitality, private members’ clubs, luxury concierge or similarly high-end, client-facing environments (highly desirable)
* Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail
* Absolute discretion and confidence working with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals
* A calm, composed manner with the ability to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
This role would suit someone who takes pride in delivering a truly elevated level of service and understands that presentation, tone and discretion are paramount.
Package
* Salary:
Up to £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Hours:
Monday to Friday ( 9am – 6pm with flexibility required in case or emergencies)

Harley Street, London
