• This position is for Dato' Kho Hui Meng Career Centre (DKHMCC PG).
• Assist in researching employers' websites to gather internship and job opportunities.
• Assist in recording of minutes during team meetings.
• Perform data entry of internships/full-time job opportunities (JDs may be in English or Chinese) into SMU job portal.
• Generate standard reports.
• Assist in corporate info-sessions and corporate recruitment events.
• Assist in CDS workshops.
• Assist in events (e.g. career fairs and networking events).
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English and Chinese language (spoken and written).
• Familiar with standard Microsoft Office products.
• Detailed oriented.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.

Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
