Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Hackney Wick, East London (Office-based – 5 days per week)
Reports to: CEO
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised, proactive and hands‑on Personal Assistant to support the CEO across all aspects of business and occasional personal projects. This is a dynamic and varied position requiring someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can think ahead, solve problems independently and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in wherever needed.
Importantly, we are not necessarily looking for the most experienced candidate.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Full diary management across multiple businesses
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and tracking actions
- Managing inbox correspondence and prioritising communications
- Preparing reports, presentations and briefing documents
- Supporting strategic and operational projects across the group
- Coordinating internal events and company meetings
- Organising national business travel and detailed itineraries
- Booking travel with care and thought — ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience
- Supporting new service launches and setup projects
- Assisting with home setup and property‑related logistics when required
- Taking ownership of administrative systems and improving processes
A significant part of this role may involve supporting internal recruitment across the group. You will need to be confident building relationships and communicating professionally.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Liaising with hiring managers
- Supporting recruitment campaigns
- Engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Assisting with talent sourcing and recruitment administration
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential.
Personal & Project Support- Supporting the CEO with personal projects where required, including personal property portfolio
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
- Being adaptable as priorities evolve
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Fast learner with strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong relationship‑building skills

- Willingness to work in the office 5 days per week (Hackney Wick, East London)
Previous PA or administrative experience is welcome but not essential but some transferable experience would be great.
Degree education also desirable but not essential.
