Role Description

This full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role is based in London. The Executive Assistant will directly support the management team by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and compiling expense reports. Responsibilities will also include assisting with day-to-day operations, facilitating communication between team members, and ensuring that management is well-prepared for all engagements and business activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and the preparation of Expense Reports
  • Strong skills in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office software tools and scheduling platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
  • Prior experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • A degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
