Role Overview

This role requires a professional Assistant to provide a fast and efficient service to several senior bankers in the Industrials team as an Executive Assistant. This is a part time (either 2 or 3 days a week) maternity leave role.

Who you will work with

Our client is an international financial institution delivering a broad range of advisory, investment, and capital solutions to businesses, institutions, and private clients across global markets.

What you'll do
  • Manage senior bankers' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls and video conferences, ensuring conflicts are resolved proactively.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Process expenses efficiently in line with firm policies and maintain CRM records and other administrative systems.
  • Support team events and provide buddy coverage for colleagues, including phone support, diary management, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring high standards of communication and discretion.
What you bring
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in Investment Banking (IBD).
  • Strong expertise in diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, CRM systems, and online travel/expense tools.
