PA to Editor in chief

We are looking for a bright, confident PA to support the Founder / CEO of a dynamic media company and newsroom based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, buzzy environment with a sociable team of around 150 people, many of whom come from top-tier publications. This is an amazing PA opportunity for a candidate who is hungry to progress their career.

You will work alongside the Chief of Staff to manage the day-to-day life of the Founder / CEO. This is a high-profile role combining both business and personal support, including:

• Full diary management, including ad hoc changes
• Travel planning for business trips (UK and US) and family holidays
• Personal support such as booking dinners, gifts, and liaising with family and household staff
• Supporting the Founder / CEO in meetings and events

This is a substantial role for a junior candidate, but you will have the Chief of Staff on hand for guidance and support.

• Comfortable supporting a high-profile, larger-than-life executive
• Flexible and able to manage both business and personal tasks with discretion
