We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented School Administrator to support the delivery of a high-quality support across the main school office, This Trust is looking for someone who is flexile to work across multi-sites and is knowledgeable around how busy and demanding the front office can be.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide support with all aspects of the school office

* Assist with making calls to parents and outside agencies

* Maintain accurate information on the school systems

* Ensure all data is entered accurately and shared as required

* Support other team members as required within the school office

Person Specification

* Degree educated and English, Maths, Science level 2 or above

* Good knowledge of school systems

* Be personable and approachable in sensitive situations

* Be able to deal with parents and staff alike in a responsive and fast pace

* Have a good understanding of policies and safeguarding in schools
