Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a specialist luxury Tour Operator based in London who are recruiting a Client Operations Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with a mixture of home and office working after probation.
The Role:As Client Operations Executive
, you will oversee every aspect of the trip, from booking confirmation through to the client's safe return home. You will ensure all operational tasks are carried out seamlessly to deliver the best possible experience for the client. The role involves creating bespoke itineraries, liaising with suppliers, managing bookings, and supporting wider operational and event activity.
- Previous experience in a similar operations role within luxury travel (essential)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills with a focus on managing spreadsheets
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with and speaking to external suppliers
- Salary circa £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working model (after probation)
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Office socials and annual weekend away
