Junior Accounts Assistant

Position: Junior Accounts Assistant (Permanent)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending upon experience)
Full-time | Full training provided

A growing B2B media company is seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our friendly and supportive finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounting, with full training provided and hands-on experience across a broad range of finance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working with Sage 50 Accounts, Microsoft Excel and Word

* Recording bank payments and receipts

* Processing and submitting sales and purchase invoices

* Communicating with clients and suppliers, resolving queries as they arise

* Supporting general administrative duties, including filing and record maintenance

About You:

* Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

* Confident communicator, both written and verbal

* Basic knowledge of Excel preferred

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
