Estates Division Senior FM Administrator (Full Time) Salary

From £29,110 - £32,468 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £33,678 pa inclusive of London allowance.

Working hours

09.00am to 17.00 hours (Monday to Friday) 35 hours per week, which includes 1‑hour unpaid lunch.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Senior FM Administrator to manage weekly payroll administration for approximately 50 staff and provide administrative and clerical duties necessary to facilitate the smooth running of all Facilities Management (FM) sections. The post holder will work for a multifaceted Estates Division as a valuable member of the Facility Management Team.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and managing weekly timesheets, including additional hours and overtime
  • Inputting payroll data accurately into the payroll system
  • Managing up to 340 agency hours during commercial periods
  • Maintaining holiday records and absence trackers for all colleagues
  • Forecasting hours worked and preparing payroll trackers and reports
  • Presenting payroll information to senior management
  • Providing cover for other key administrators when required
  • HR and financial support
  • Filing and document management
Candidate requirements
  • Experience of providing administrative/secretarial support to a large multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload and that of others in order to consistently meet deadlines, often under pressure.
  • Proven ability to identify problems that require new ways to resolve them.
  • Ability to remain calm and maintain a professional approach at all times.
