Culture Guru is recruiting an outstanding Executive Assistant to support one C-suite leader and one senior leader within a large, established and highly respected organisation in the property and development sector.
đŻ This is a highâprofile, fastâpaced role in a traditional, highâstandard head office environment where excellence, judgement and presence really matter. For the right person, itâs a chance to operate at the centre of senior decisionâmaking and make a genuine impact every day.
đ§ Youâll work with two respected and influential leaders with different but complementary styles - one fastâmoving and demanding, who values initiative, confidence and pace; and another who is collaborative, steady and widely trusted, with teams who rely on him. Both are wellâregarded internally and externally, and both operate at the heart of the business.
âąď¸ The pace is busy and dynamic. On occasion (typically around once a quarter), there may be very early starts for senior or boardâlevel meetings, in which case a private taxi will be provided. From time to time, days may also run a little longer when the business needs it, so flexibility is important. Day to day, however, the role follows a normal fullâtime office rhythm.
đŹ Youâll be the person who brings structure, clarity and momentum: shaping diaries, controlling inboxes, coordinating Câsuite and senior leadership meetings, preparing highâquality packs, and making sure nothing important slips.
đ

- Youâll be trusted with boardâlevel work, senior stakeholders and highâimpact priorities
- This is a visible, highâimpact role where your work genuinely matters
- Youâll operate in a large, established, influential business with scale and substance
- The scope goes well beyond diary management - youâll help shape how senior leadership operates day to day
- Itâs a serious career EA role for someone who wants challenge, pace and responsibility
đ¤
What youâll be responsible for:
- Running complex, fastâmoving diaries for Câsuite and senior leaders
- Owning highâvolume inbox management, drafting responses and driving actions forward
- Orchestrating Câsuite, board and senior leadership meetings endâtoâend
- Producing polished agendas, packs, presentations, reports and briefing documents
- Ensuring leaders are fully prepared for key meetings and decisions
- Organising UK and international travel with detailed itineraries
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting the planning and delivery of senior events and leadership meetings
- Line managing the Office Manager/Reception function and setting frontâofâhouse standards
- Overseeing office and facilities operations to keep the workplace running smoothly
- Arranging reception cover and supporting meeting logistics when required
- Acting as a central coordination hub between leadership, teams and external partners
đ
This role will suit someone who:
- Has strong experience supporting Câsuite and/or senior leadership
- Is confident, visible and engaged - not a wallflower
- Has gumption
: proactive, resilient, comfortable operating at pace and speaking up when needed - Is super polished and professional in a headâoffice environment
