An established trading firm in the heart of the City. With around 100 in London and global presence, this firm offer a collaborative and supportive environment and encouragement of long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

This is a varied and busy temp to perm Reception and Office Administration position which will involve (but is not limited to):

  • Front of house management:
    Meeting and greeting all guests, directing incoming calls, and supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc Facilities Management duties.

Office administration and support:

  • Keeping office kitchen stocked and ordering supplies
  • Distribute incoming mail and liaising with couriers
  • Processing invoices and liaising with finance team
  • Ad-hoc overflow duties from the EA team including travel arrangements and booking restaurants
  • Opportunities to get involved in additional Team Assistant duties to wider team in the longer term
  • Opportunities to get involved with the social committee
  • Ad-hoc projects and administration.
Candidate Specification
  • Prior experience in a client-facing Receptionist role
  • Prior experience of office administration and business support
  • Well-presented and highly professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Muck-in, flexible and 'no job too big or small' attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Additional Information
  • Salary up to £40K depending on experience
  • Initial temp role with conversion to perm upon successful completion of a 'probation' period - likely 2-3 months however this may be subject to change
  • ASAP start - February 2026
  • This is a fully office-based position
  • Central City location - Square Mile
  • Hours are 8am - 6pm with occasional flexibility.
