Looking for a role where your organisation skills and customer service make a real impact? Join Dawsongroup as a Fleet Administration Assistant in our vans division and be at the heart of our branch operations.

  • Support the rental desk with first‑class administration and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and policies to keep things running smoothly.
  • Assist customers, drivers, and company personnel with queries and bookings.
  • Keep systems updated with accurate data, from mileage to rental agreements.
  • Organise vehicle servicing and repairs with local dealers and repair agents.
About You

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, keeping everything organised while delivering great service.

  • Strong administrative skills, ideally in the transport or van rental industry.
  • A natural communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adaptable and proactive, no two days are the same!
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
