An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administrator to support our Human Resource, Office Manager and Training Departments.
The Administrator will work 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will work in support of and alongside ourHR team, Head of Admin & Finance and Reception team.
- General clerical duties, managing staff data, spreadsheets, and filing.
- Support the recruitment function of the centre by advertising job openings, screening job applicants and supporting and processing new starters.
- Assist the training function by organising the staff training program, liaising with internal and external training providers in addition to providing lunchtime cover for the main reception.
- Multi‑tasking is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will need to be highly efficient and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You will require previous experience with computer literacy (intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner.
- Written and verbal communication skills are essential as are the display and evidence of strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.
- You must be aware of the need for confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations.
