Our client is seeking a Temporary Clinical Administrator who is dedicated to delivering a high-quality professional administrative service to patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: £14.50 p/h

Work Pattern:
Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination:
Take charge of contacting and booking National Health and private patients efficiently and professionally.
Confidentiality Commitment:
Ensure the utmost confidentiality of patient personal and financial information at all times.
Referral Management:
Process patient referrals using SEMBLE diary management software and Excel database.
Appointment Scheduling:
Reach out to patients via phone to arrange appointments seamlessly.
Payment Processing:
Handle card payments and invoices with accuracy using SEMBLE or online links.
Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls in a polite and timely manner, providing excellent customer care to all service users.
Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with the admin team and participate in regular meetings to enhance service delivery.

General Requirements:

Adhere to all policies and procedures while undertaking any mandatory training as required.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines with a proactive approach.
Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours, travel, and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Willingness to undergo a standard DBS check.

Exhibit a professional and polite telephone manner at all times.
ICT Proficiency:
Strong ICT skills, with experience in data inputting and using Microsoft packages and email.
