We’re seeking a proactive and organised Junior Legal Secretary to provide quality support, with multiple opportunities available across different practice areas. We’re looking for candidates with administrative experience from a professional services background. You must be highly organised and have strong academics.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Schedule meetings, organise travel
- Manage inboxes and diaries efficiently
- Support the marketing team by preparing marketing packs, badges, and assisting with seminar coordination
- Provide general administrative support to fee earners, partners and senior PAs
- Assist with new client/matter setup using Intapp
- Experience with in the legal industry or professional services
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong GCSE’S including Math’s & English
- Strong communication and organisational skills
