Send jobWe have partnered with a CEO within the insurance sector to recruit an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide senior-level, right-hand support.
This is a high-trust role within a regulated, fast-paced insurance environment, requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities at executive level.
Key responsibilities include:
Full inbox and diary management, ensuring priorities and regulatory commitments are managed effectively
Complex UK and international travel coordination
Expenses management in line with internal policies and compliance requirements
Acting as a key gatekeeper and liaison with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners
Supporting the CEO with day-to-day organisation, board-related scheduling, and workflow efficiency
The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive, ideally within insurance or financial services
Be comfortable operating in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate absolute discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement
Be proactive, adaptable, and confident managing confidential information
