International law firm are seeking a secretary / team assistant to support a team of lawyers with a broad range of administration duties.

Expected duties will include typing correspondence and creating documents, planning diaries, organising meetings, booking travel arrangement, organising mail, administration, some billing duties, other ad hoc tasks.

It is essential that you have strong IT and organisational skills, but more importantly a positive and proactive attitude. This would be an excellent opportunity for either a graduate with six months administration experience or someone working in a local law firm wanting to break into the city. A warm and friendly environment at firm who have a history of mentoring their staff.
