An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier law firm that specialises in intellectual property, patents, trademarks, and copyright, for a legal administrator to assist the legal secretaries.

The role will require excellent attention to detail and organisation skills and will include:

• Reviewing emails and saving them to the correct record on the database
• Extracting information from files, renaming them and uploading to the database
• Producing reports
• Producing invoices and sending to clients
• Printing and collating documents

It is anticipated the project will be for 2-3 months initially and is to start the first week of March.
