Reporting to Service Delivery Manager (Commercial)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Commercial Operations Administrator to support compliance and reporting across our commercial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring driver, vehicle, and operator compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards through regular checks, reporting, and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct weekly driver compliance checks (casual and full-time EU drivers)
- Complete daily and weekly driver hours and log card checks
- Monitor DCPC hours and coordinate training bookings
- Record check outcomes across internal systems (DAS, Vision, TNS)
- Identify and escalate non‑compliance issues
- Produce daily and weekly compliance reports for management
- Support payroll accuracy through employee hours checks and process cross‑charging
- Monitor driver communications and manage Private Hire and Contract Client booking requests
- Support vehicle allocation checks and cross‑charging processes
- Arrange driver medical bookings for renewals
- DAS system fast activity input
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident in analysing compliance data and producing reports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and with external bodies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and recurring compliance schedules
- Previous experience in compliance, transport administration, or commercial operations preferred
- Understanding of driver hours regulations, AETR, DCPC, and transport compliance desirable
- Experience using systems such as Vision, DAS, TNS (or similar) advantageous
