I’m currently supporting a Global Law Firm with the appointment of a Recruitment Assistant to join their specialist lateral hiring team.
This is a role for someone with experience of internal recruitment process in a fast-paced, professional setting and who is highly organised and used to working collaboratively with HR/recruitment team members.
Based in London with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office per week).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the lateral recruitment process.
- Coordinating interviews and meetings, including diary management, room bookings and virtual set-ups
- Drafting and formatting candidate communications and recruitment documentation.
- Working on various recruitment projects, across both UK and Internationaly.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Recording agency introductions and supporting documentation relating to search terms and agreements.
- Supporting the wider team with process improvements and efficient use of recruitment systems.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
