Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to support our Executive Assistant and Executive Team. You will play a key role in enabling the smooth running of our London office, ensuring that operations, scheduling, and coordination across teams run efficiently.

You will report to the Executive Assistant, working closely with members of the Executive Team and key cross-functional partners globally.
What You’ll Be Doing Executive and Team Support- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Team.
- Manage scheduling, travel bookings, expenses, and logistics for senior leaders.
- Assist with the coordination of large, company-wide meetings and leadership offsites.
- Support internal communication initiatives in partnership with the Executive Assistant and Communications team.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office to ensure a welcoming and productive workspace.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and relationships with local service providers.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and internal queries related to the London office.
- Liaise with IT and Operations teams (US and EMEA) to support office systems and technology needs.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support ad hoc administrative tasks and cross-team projects.
- Support event planning and team gatherings, from logistics to on-the-day coordination.
- Provide holiday cover and assist with broader executive operations when needed.
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative, team assistant, or office coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling or technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who can interact comfortably across all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet) and Slack.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in supporting others to do their best work.

- This role is based in London, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office).

The pay range for this role is:
35,000 - 35,000 GBP per year (London, United Kingdom)
