Hybrid (3 days office-based | Monday & Friday WFH) About:
A growing, founder-led consultancy is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the Founder and play a central role in the next phase of growth. This is a career EA opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment, takes real ownership, and wants to grow alongside an ambitious Founder.
The Role:A varied, hands‑on position combining executive support, office management, and involvement in business growth initiatives. Ideal for someone with 1-5 years’ experience who is sharp, commercially aware, and ready to step into a high‑trust role at the centre of a growing business.
Executive Support:- Act as a true gatekeeper - confidently reprioritising, pushing back where necessary, and protecting the Founder’s time
- Manage a complex diary across multiple time zones
- Full inbox ownership, correspondence management, and meeting preparation
- Anticipate needs and prepare materials without prompting
- Manage senior stakeholders globally with professionalism and confidence
- Provide private PA support (approx 20%)
- Act as the bridge between the Founder and wider team - driving alignment and follow‑through
- Ensure deliverables are executed to a consistently high standard
- Occasional travel to Winchester (expenses paid)
- Oversee smooth day‑to‑day office operations
- Manage expenses and monitor business costs
- Liaise with accountants and external suppliers
- Maintain spreadsheets, reporting documents, and internal trackers
- Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Assist with team wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinate UK and international events
- Manage and upload social media content
- Improve internal communication processes
- Confidently coordinate both people and AI tools to deliver work efficiently
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Tech‑savvy and confident adopting new systems
- Comfortable using AI tools to draft communications, refine presentations, and enhance workflow
- Curious about leveraging technology to improve output
- Regular interaction with international clients
- 1-5 years’ experience as an EA, PA, or Office Manager
- Sharp, switched‑on, and quick to grasp complexity
- Exceptional prioritisation and attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Professional, commercially aware, and delivery‑focused
- Strong ownership mindset - cares about outcomes
