Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrative professional looking to build your career within a highly respected legal environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a Legal Admin
-Trade Mark Designs, supporting fee‑earners and partners within a specialist intellectual property team.

The Role

In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm's Trade Mark practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing deadlines, preparing documents, maintaining case diaries and organising files
  • Drafting standard correspondence, answering calls, diary management, and arranging travel and accommodation
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes, updating internal and external databases, and using client systems
  • Opening new matters, assisting with billing, closing files, and processing expenses and courier requests
  • Extracting docketing records, pulling portfolio reports, conducting web searches and preparing citation reports
  • Supporting assignment recordings, name changes, mergers, and other portfolio formalities
  • Preparing cost estimates, monitoring WIP, drafting bills, and liaising with accounts for invoice queries
About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong administrative experience and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Experience working in a deadline‑driven legal or corporate environment (trade mark/IP experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, high accuracy, and outstanding attention to detail
  • A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence using databases and maintaining accurate records
