This is a career‑defining opportunity to join the Office of the CEO of a world‑leading global organisation operating at the forefront of innovation and scientific advancement.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are seeking a true strategic business partner – someone with exceptional judgement, operational sophistication and the resilience to thrive in a high‑intensity, high‑visibility environment.
You will form part of a small, elite Assistant team supporting a globally recognised Founder & CEO. The team operates with seamless coordination across time zones to ensure 24/7 coverage and continuity.
This role requires flexibility beyond the traditional 9–5 structure and will require global travel (approx. once a month).
The Role Global Continuity & Scheduling- Own an exceptionally complex, fast‑moving, high‑volume calendar.
- Assess the strategic weight of meetings and proactively protect CEO focus.
- Triage urgent issues and act as an escalation point.
- Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure seamless cross‑time‑zone coverage.
- Manage intricate global travel arrangements, often at short notice.
- Anticipate and mitigate logistical risks.
- Provide on‑the‑ground support internationally when required. (International travel is required in this role.)
- Act as a trusted ambassador and gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Engage with a global network of senior leaders, academics, policymakers and high‑profile stakeholders.
- Exercise impeccable judgement, discretion and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Prioritise and manage high‑volume communications.
- Ensure the CEO is comprehensively briefed and prepared for every engagement.
- Delegate and track action items to ensure momentum and follow‑through.
- Exercise autonomous decision‑making in high‑pressure situations.
- Enable calculated risk‑taking while safeguarding against missteps.
- Drive critical cross‑functional projects from inception to completion.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.
- Partner across business and private functions to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Design and refine scalable workflows and systems within the Office of the CEO.
- Identify operational friction and implement improvements.
- Elevate the performance and coordination of the administrative function.
This role will suit a seasoned strategic partner with significant experience supporting C‑suite leadership in a global, high‑intensity environment.
You will bring:
- A demonstrable track record supporting a Founder, CEO or equivalent principal at the highest level.
- The ability to reprioritise instantly with calm composure.

- Flexibility to align with a demanding schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends when required.
