Location: Greater London
Full Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (07:00–19:00 shifts) | 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000–£32,000

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly customer-focused Facilities Assistant to join our team. This is a client-facing role that plays a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless, five-star workplace experience for our client’s staff and visitors.

About the RoleAs Facilities Assistant, you will take ownership of day-to-day floor operations, acting as a central point of contact for workplace services. You will ensure high standards of service delivery, anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain an exceptional environment at all times.
This role requires confidence, professionalism and the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple service lines.
Full training will be provided to support your success in the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of floor operations, ensuring a consistent five-star service experience
Provide proactive support and swift resolution to client teams
Build strong relationships with meeting and event hosts, agency office leads and stakeholders
Understand and anticipate client expectations to ensure service excellence
Coordinate and support all service lines operating on the floor
Demonstrate flexibility in working patterns and willingness to support tasks beyond core responsibilities when required
About YouExperience in a customer-facing, facilities or workplace hospitality role
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Solutions-focused and proactive in approach
