Responsibilities- Own the reception desk, managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently and appropriately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules, ensuring spaces are prepared and utilised effectively.
- Maintain a polished, organised Front of House and reception area, including oversight of office supplies and mail distribution.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier requirements with accuracy and care.
- Prepare, issue, and manage visitor access passes in line with company security procedures.
- Respond to emails, service desk requests, and general correspondence promptly, professionally, and within agreed SLAs.
- Manage the London office inbox and internal workplace calendar, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Maintain and administer Visitor Management Systems, including Envoy and Brivo.
- Provide administrative and operational support to teams across the business to enable smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support purchase order and invoice processes related to office and workplace operations.
- Act as a trained First Aider and Fire Warden (training provided if required).
- Maintain and continuously improve the Front of House playbook.
- Respond to London based Slack queries in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
- Full time, Onsite role (Reception opening hours)
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role, preferably in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
- Previous experience utilising Visitor Management Software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
