Are you an experienced EA / PA from a financial, professional services or corporate firm?

Our client is looking for a resourceful self-starter to support 2 senior executives in this 1-year maternity cover FTC.

If you understand big-firm culture but love the environment of a boutique financial services firm, this could be perfect for you!

There is an opportunity for 1 day a week WFH but you’ll need an in-office working attitude as this is what makes the office a great place to be.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive and often complex diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Global travel arrangements – itineraries, visas, hotels etc
• Organising meetings and all associated logistics
• Preparing Board agendas/packs, Board dinners, Strategy awayday
• Building and navigating relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Building strong working relationships with all members of the admin team, supporting each other at all times

The skills you need to bring:

• EA / PA experience from a financial/professional services or corporate firm background
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player approach, keen to work on different projects
• Excellent attention to detail with discretion
• Pitch-in mentality
