Executive Assistant & Office Manager

We are working exclusively with a highly regarded venture capital firm to find a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied, high-trust role supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

THE ROLE:

This is a broad, high-trust EA / Office Manager role supporting senior members of the investment team (Partners, Principals and the CEO) while working closely with the office. Day to Day will include:

  • Provide high-level diary management and meeting coordination for senior members of the investment team
  • Arrange European travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Prepare documents and support the organisation of investor meetings, offsites and team events
  • Act as a key liaison between international colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding and employee administration
  • Manage expenses and help ensure internal processes are followed
  • Act as the central point of contact for office IT, equipment and troubleshooting
  • Oversee office operations including subscriptions, procurement and facilities coordination
  • Maintain documentation and assist with compliance processes
  • Welcome visitors, coordinate meetings and maintain a professional office environment
  • Handle general office administration to ensure the team operates efficiently

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You take pride in your work, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoy being relied upon as a central support within a small, high-performing team. You will bring strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive.
