Team Assistant (Maternity Cover) | Investment Firm | West End | £40,000–£50,000 | Hybrid Working

A well-established investment firm with a collaborative London team of approximately 35 employees is seeking a polished and proactive Team Assistant to join on a maternity cover contract starting in May. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the sales, operations and research teams, offering excellent exposure across the business.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to sales, operations and research teams
• Diary management and meeting coordination
• Updating of the inhouse CRM system
• Preparing presentations and documentation
• Assisting with reporting and team projects
• Support to Head of Events
• General team coordination and office support

• Professional and confident communicator
• Ideally 2–3+ years’ relevant Team Assistant experience
• Background in finance preferred, though executive search, property or similar professional services environments will also be considered
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable
• A strong team player with a proactive approach

• Salary: £40,000–£50,000
• Maternity cover contract (starting May)
• Hours:
  
  8:30am–5:30pm
• Hybrid working:
  Tuesday–Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote
