The role:Assistant Private Client Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to support our team in the delivery of a flawless service. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into an exclusive world of lifestyle and discovery.
Key Responsibilities- Client support & front‑end coordination
- Assist in the research, design and planning of illustrated itineraries.
- Liaise with hotels, private jet & yacht charter partners, car services, exclusive events, restaurants, beach clubs, regional experts, etc.
- Support the team in coordinating logistics.
- Assist in maintaining the latest client profiles, ensuring personal preferences are prioritised.
- Back office and administrative support
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and CRM updates (Hub Spot).
- Assist the finance team with expense tracking, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing detailed trip cost breakdowns and budget management.
- Support the maintenance and organisation of our image library and marketing materials.
- Someone with a strong passion for travel, creative, well organised and having a keen understanding of the luxury sector.
- 2‑3 years of experience in luxury travel or hospitality is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred but not essential).
- Strong analytical and financial reconciliation abilities.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Hands‑on experience in a high‑end environment.
- Exposure to the world of the international UHNWs.
- Professional mentorship from a seasoned team.
- A diverse skill set in client service, travel operations, finance, and project coordination.
- A stepping stone to a potential career directing a small portfolio of new clients in the future.
- Work eligibility:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Private Client Services and work closely with the Operations Manager and other Private Client Managers.
