About

the role

To provide administrative and data support contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of Itec’s training programmes in England.

Your impact
  • Responsible for working with the Manager to coordinate training programmes across the UK
  • Accountable for ensuring all training materials are saved for easy access for future use
  • Accountable for processing invoices, flagging up any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Responsible for collating training programme evaluation feedback and sending on to relevant team members for review in a timely manner
  • Attend weekly planning meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring that data and monitoring information is accurately input and contained in the CRM (Salesforce) and any other reporting systems
  • Supporting the onboarding of employers and learners onto Itec skills development programmes
  • Responsible, with other team members, for contacting employers, learners and facilitators to arrange training events
  • Responsible, with other team members, for researching and identifying prospective new clients and passing details onto the sales team
  • Identify sales and marketing opportunities and forward to the relevant department, including received enquiries through Itec marketing activity
  • Accountable for providing data‑led, relevant insights and recommendations to support top level strategy
  • Accountable for creating reports for the sales and marketing team on weekly/monthly basis
  • Responsible for ensuring that all external materials, emails and feedback activity is of the highest quality and consistent with the requirements of Itec quality expectations
  • Responsible for providing general administrative support including answering, transferring calls; general day to day offices / administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, shredding etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring stock levels for printed stationery, books and marketing materials
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the team and covering work for staff members, as required

  • Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
  • Experience with customer service, sales, and telesales
  • Experience of working with CRM
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
Desirable
  • Experience of working across sectors and industries
  • Advanced Excel user
