What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join the Wealth Management team in our London office on a permanent basis.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play an integral role in CAR writing. This is a busy and varied role and no two days will be the same. You will be providing the best possible service to our colleagues and clients as part of a cohort of like‑minded individuals, who strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improve systems and working practices.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office, with some flexibility to work up to one day per week remotely.
What will you do?- Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing support with administration duties.
- Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
- Complete CARs (Client Annual Reviews).
- Monitor transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.
- Support ISA subscriptions and transfers.
- Processing of payments for clients.
- Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
- Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems.
- General record keeping and electronic filing.
- Adhere to Conduct Risk standards.
- Experience in administration within the discretionary wealth management sector preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite and Outlook essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive individual.
- Awareness of MiFID II legislative framework.
