About

The Role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional all‑round EA skills, comfortable executing significant discretion and judgment, working alongside the leadership team in our successful Business Transformation practice.

You will enjoy a full and varied day and a full range of responsibilities that will play to your strengths as an EA, enhance your skills and provide you with an array of opportunities to add to your experience and to build relationships and your network with a variety of senior stakeholders, internal teams and external organisations.

What You’ll Do General Administration
  • Creating and maintaining paper and electronic files
  • Maintaining calendars and contact lists and updating them as needed
  • Coordinating all meeting and travel arrangements
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Typing and editing correspondence and reports
  • Demonstrating proficiency in using firm‑developed templates for correspondence and presentations
  • Sorting, reading, and distributing internal and external mail
  • Answering assigned phones, taking messages, and fulfilling requests
  • Completing requests for deliveries, faxes, and couriers
  • Planning and coordinating events
Financial Administration
  • Capturing time and expenses and applying them to the appropriate charge codes
  • Assisting with the collection of billing information, invoice creation, and collections
  • Running Elite reports (e.g., WIP, AR, Unbilled)
Technology Application
  • Creating documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Searching the Intranet and Internet and providing relevant information
