We’re looking for an Evaluation Coordinator to play a key role in delivering our first large-scale Randomised Control Trial (RCT) with the Education Endowment Foundation and the University of Warwick. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education evaluation, policy and charity delivery.
Location: London/Remote Hybrid
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday). We can discuss flexible working patterns, e.g., school hours, as needed.
Salary: London salary £28,000 per annum, (including £2k London weighting)
Contract: Fix term until August 2026
Proposed Start date: ASAP

Join Get Further as our Evaluation Coordinator and play a key role in delivering our first Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT). You’ll work across all departments to ensure vital information is collected, shared, and acted upon – helping us measure and maximise our impact.
In this varied role, you will:
- Manage contracts and relationships with partner colleges
- Track student registrations and survey data
- Coordinate trial activities, including site visits, focus groups, and final data collection
- Support programme teams to boost student engagement and attendance
- Work closely with evaluators to keep the trial on schedule

About youThis role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the charity sector, offering hands-on experience in impact evaluation, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, and persistent in following up tasks and meeting deadlines, while being ready to jump in and support where needed.
- Passionate about tackling educational inequality
- Confident with spreadsheets and data management
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- An excellent communicator with attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems
- Familiarity with the Further Education sector
- Experience in project management or trials/evaluations
