Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant with corporate experience to join a successful and growing private investment firm based in the West End. You will be joining a supportive but busy team who require a proactive, problem‑solving individual who is quick to learn. Full training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the team. This is a varied role including reception cover, facilities, office assistant duties, and ad‑hoc project support.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within a professional services or corporate environment. They will be personable and dynamic, with a can‑do attitude and the ability to tackle tasks autonomously. Some responsibilities will include:
- Reception cover and additional support when required on other floors.
- Ownership of stationery orders and maintenance of stationery cupboards.
- Taking responsibility for office presentation.
- General ordering of regular consumables, including first aid supplies.
- Updating courier, post, and travel inventories.
- Assisting with onboarding.
- Acting as Fire Marshal / First Aider (training will be provided).
- Assisting with office Health & Safety.
- Ordering catering where appropriate.
- Providing ad‑hoc assistance with laminating and binding documents during busy periods.
