This exceptional finance company in London is looking for a perm Team Assistant and Receptionist to join their wonderful team with an immediate start. This is an extremely varied role where the successful candidate will support the investment team with day to day admin including diary management, travel booking, research and expense support as well as assisting with Front of House duties where required.

• Diary management for the investment team
• Travel arrangement including visa’s, detailed itineraries and accommodation
• Meeting research
• Expense management
• Liaising with facilities team
• Front of house duties including meeting and greeting clients
• Meeting room management

• 1-2 years experience within an administrative role
• Finance industry experience essential
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills verbally and written.
