Office & Facilities Manager RoleOur client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office & Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Central London office and foster an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Serving as the face of the office, this role blends workplace operations, facilities management, and front‑of‑house leadership to ensure the environment runs seamlessly, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office, ensuring a smooth, organised, and professional workplace environment, including office supplies, meeting coordination, catering, onboarding, and workplace logistics
- Manage facilities operations by coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors, supplier relationships, and health & safety compliance, while maintaining high workplace standards across all office spaces
- Act as the face of the office, delivering a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors, while managing reception duties and visitor access
- Support employee engagement and company culture through the coordination of internal events, team activities, and initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and wider business teams, including travel arrangements, diary coordination, budgeting, invoicing, and playing a key role in workplace projects, including the planning and coordination of the upcoming office move
- Previous experience in workplace, office management or facilities roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors and building relationships with external vendors
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and workplace systems
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and problem‑solve effectively
- Fully office‑based role in the West End
- Permanent role, ideally starting in June / early July
- Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm
- Salary is competitive and based on experience, as well as competitive benefits and a discretionary bonus eligible after probation
